It you're looking for high spec, family sized, polycarbonate glazed greenhouse, look no further than the Palram Glory 6x8 Greenhouse. This quality greenhouse has an extra thick (+50%) aluminium frame with reinforced eaves and is glazed with 10mm thick, double skinned polycarbonate (most greenhouses use a 4mm or 6mm polycarbonate glazing as standard). Combined with this structural strength, is an attractive dark-grey finish whilst easy access combined with security is achieved with its low threshold, lockable door.
Helping to create the perfect, protected growing space, the greenhouse comes complete with one automatic opening roof vent and a side lourve. Working together these enable you to adjust temperature and humidity to suit the plants you are growing. Whilst the polycarbonate glazing provides excellent insulation properties and at the same time produces a diffused light, to prevent scorching on hot, sunny days.

Extra Thick (+50%) Aluminium Frame - provides an extra-rigid, highly durable and corrosion resistant structure. This in enhanced by the addition of extra support bars at both the ridge and eaves of the greenhouse. Its high roof provides plenty of headroom and space for plant growth. For an improved appearance the aluminium is powder coated with a dark, anthracite coloured finish.

Extra Thick 10mm Twin Wall Polycarbonate Glazing - used on all sides and roof to provide excellent insulation and protects your plants from strong sunlight exposure. The polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable, high impact resistant and UV protected. Being 100% UV protected this glazing will not discolour, fracture or shatter, providing many years of use.

Galvanised Steel Base with Matching Finish - this rust-resistant base adds to the structural stability to the greenhouse. It is supplied complete with specially shaped fixing brackets to ensure secure anchorage to hard standing (the manufacturers recommend that the greenhouse is fixed to a solid concrete foundation).

Easy Access - with a large hinged door which can be installed as a left or right hand door. It has a low-threshold for easy use and a bottom door seal brush strip prevents dirt from entering inside as well as keeping chilly winds out. It has a lockable door handle for extra protection and safety.

Excellent Ventilation - with one opening roof vent included to provide air flow and allow regulation of heat and humidity. An automatic opener is included to open and close the window without the use of electricity (start opening point: 12-15°C). A side lourve is also included to enhance air flow through the greenhouse space.

Built-in Gutter System - down the length of the greenhouse, at eaves height, with gutter heads included to allow you to collect rainwater if required.
