We are Gardening Naturally Ltd trading under the name of TwoWests.

We are a small, family-run business passionate about helping you grow your own fruit and vegetables naturally—without the need for harmful pesticides. Our range of products is designed to support sustainable gardening practices and are safe for children, pets, and wildlife.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We offer high-quality products that deliver both value and performance, ensuring that your gardening experience is as enjoyable and effective as possible.

As an exclusively online retailer, we don’t have a physical shop, but we are happy to offer mail-order services. You can also collect your orders directly from our premises during working hours.

How to Shop with Us

Shopping on our site is quick and easy. Simply browse our selection, add the items you’d like to purchase to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to provide your details so we can process your order.

We are an online-only business, so while we don’t have a traditional store, you are welcome to pick up your order in person from our location during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can place an order by phone or post.

Please note that order confirmation simply means we’ve received your order, not that a contract has been finalized. A contract is created when we send you an invoice confirming the acceptance of your order. If there are any discrepancies, such as pricing errors or stock issues, we will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We charge a flat delivery fee of £4.98 for all orders, regardless of size or value. Currently, we only ship within the UK. For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, or larger items that can’t be sent via Royal Mail, there may be an additional charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll reach out to you for approval before proceeding.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail or DHL, and delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place it on backorder for you. You will be notified by email and given the option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.

Tax and Pricing

All prices shown on our website include 20% VAT.

We process all payments securely through Sagepay. Your credit card details are never stored by us, ensuring your personal information remains protected.
