Simple to install and easy to use, a Hi-Lo will make watering and maintenance of hanging baskets effortless.
It uses an internal spring loaded device to release or retract a 3’ long extension tape. You trigger this by simply pushing up the bottom of the basket, whereupon it will lower, to raise it back up simply raise by hand and gently release.
