Robust Frame With Insulated Polycarbonate Panels
The frame is manufactured from galvanised steel for long-term strength and corrosion resistance. Glazed with 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels, the structure provides excellent insulation while allowing high levels of light transmission.
Insulated Polycarbonate Panels Built For Longevity
Unlike many standard models, this polytunnel features two full-width door openings for convenient access and improved airflow. Each door measures 805mm wide and is reinforced with steel edging to reduce draughts and improve durability.
No separate base is required for installation. The vertical supports include integrated T-shaped ground anchors which are secured directly into the soil. For additional stability, the frame can also be fixed to a prepared foundation using angle brackets.
The UV-treated, double-wall polycarbonate panels are lightweight yet highly impact resistant and offer improved insulation compared to traditional glass glazing. The panels are backed by a 5-year warranty for added reassurance.
For enhanced structural rigidity, the greenhouse includes stainless steel base rails and ground-anchored supports on each upright beam.
The door design incorporates an upper ventilation panel, allowing you to open the top section independently. This improves airflow, supports pollination, helps regulate temperature during warmer weather and promotes effective cross-ventilation.
