Walk-In Domed Fruit & Vegetable Cages
Protect your fruit, vegetables, and young plants with our durable domed fruit and vegetable cages. Constructed from strong 19mm aluminium tubing and UV-resistant connectors, these cages provide reliable protection from birds and other garden pests while remaining lightweight and easy to assemble.
Strong Aluminium Frame Construction
Built using corrosion-resistant aluminium poles, these cages offer a sturdy structure that is suitable for long-term outdoor use. The frame sections slot together quickly, while the support legs are inserted approximately 30cm into the soil for added stability. Once installed, the cage stands 1.88m high and 1.2m wide.
Choice Of Protective Netting
Select the netting option best suited to your crops and growing requirements. Available choices include:
- Bird Netting – 20mm x 20mm mesh
- Black Butterfly Netting – 7mm x 5mm mesh
- Green Butterfly Netting – 7mm x 5mm mesh
- Green Bird Netting – 20mm x 20mm mesh
All cage and netting kits are supplied with fixing clips and steel ground pegs to secure the cover in place. If you prefer to use your own netting, a frame-only option is also available. Please note that clips and pegs are not included with frame-only kits.
Easy Access To Your Crops
The walk-in design allows comfortable access to your growing area for watering, maintenance, and harvesting. Rather than a fixed door, the netting can simply be unclipped and lifted wherever access is required.

Standing at 1.88m high, these cages provide plenty of room for fruit bushes, vegetable crops, and smaller fruit trees. Their 1.2m width makes them suitable for allotments, kitchen gardens, raised beds, and dedicated growing areas.
Quick And Straightforward Assembly
The aluminium poles connect using durable UV-resistant joints, creating a strong frame with minimal effort. Once assembled, attach the netting using the supplied clips and secure it with the included steel pegs. Additional anchoring can be used if extra stability is required in exposed locations.
