This 4ft x 3ft Heritage Shed from Rowlinsons is ideal when you have limited space but need somewhere outdoors for secure storage. With no window and a door which can be secured with a padlock (not included) this is the perfect place to keep items out of sight and secure from the elements.
Its attractive appearance is achieved with its vertical tongue and groove cladding as well as its grey wash factory finish, black fixings and contrasting dark grey trim.
An apex roof provides additional headroom when storing taller items and at the same time directs rainwater away from the shed as efficiently as possible.
12mm Tongue & Groove Cladding –fine-sawn vertical cladding. Tongue and groove cladding is more modern and fits seamlessly together making it perfect for vertical cladding. All four sides of the shed are supplied as complete panels ready to be joined together, helping reduce the time required for assembly.Grey Wash Paint Finish And Dark Trim – for a modern finish this shed has been given a factory grey wash finish and has contrasting dark grey trim.
Tongue & Groove Floor – supplied as a pre-assembled panel this type of floor is great for protecting against water ingress.
Apex Solid Board Roof – the apex roof provides additional headroom and when it rains the natural slope of the roof helps to quickly dissipate water from the roof, helping to keep the structure of the shed stronger for longer.
Mineral Roofing Felt – this traditional style roofing felt helps to waterproof the roof panels and protect your shed from the elements. It’s easy to install once you have the roof boards in place. It’s provided as one piece so there are no overlaps and is held in place using 10mm felt nails.
Single-Hinged Door – with Z framing for strength and stability. Three large, T-hinges secure the door to the frame of the shed. A pad bolt on the front secures the doors closed - we recommend adding a padlock (not included) for added security. Door opening size: 5ft / 152.5cm high x 2ft 3½in / 69.5cm wide.

Supplied with comprehensive instructions, you will need the following tools during assembly: power drill/screwdriver, 3mm, 6mm drill bit, crosshead screwdriver bit, hammer, spirit level, sharp knife and step ladder.
