Shiplap Tongue And Groove Dip Treated Summerhouses

The shiplap tongue and groove summerhouses are manufactured from interlocking tongue and groove boards with a shiplap profile for good water run-off. These shiplap summerhouses are finished with a factory applied surface treatment - known as dip treated.

Dip treated products have a colour applied during the manufacture to compensate for the inconsistent natural appearance of British redwoods. This colour is not permanent and will fade over time. To retain the factory finish, treatment should be reapplied regularly. To change the colour, allow the product to mature before applying a proprietary brand.

Our range of shiplap tongue and groove summerhouses includes apex and pent roof designs. 12mm shiplap is used in the construction of the full range, and standard 35 x 28mm framing.

These summerhouses come with a 10 year guarantee, provided that the summerhouse is isolated from ground contact and is regularly retreated with timber preservative.
