Finish - this cold frame is available with a plain aluminium frame or you can choose to have the frame coloured with a powder coating - select from green, white or brown.

Glazing - toughened safety glass is used to glaze the frame. Growing Round The Year

When you own an Access Cold Frame you benefit from being able to grow all year round: Spring

Your Cold Frame will be ideal for giving all your seedlings a flying start whatever the weather. It's also perfect for hardening off bedding plants. Summer

During the summer months your cold frame can be used to house summer crops - such as bush varieties of tomatoes, melons, cucumbers and some exotics. In a shady position your cold frame can be used to give protection for young primulas, cineraias and gloxinias. Autumn

Pot plants such as geraniums, begonias, arum lilies, bulbs etc can be kept in your cold frame until they are taken indoors. You can also continue to pick late lettuce and strawberries into October if you've grown them in the protected space of the cold frame. Winter

Your cold frame will provide you with the perfect place to protect all sorts of young plants throughout the winter, which will result in early flowering in the Spring. Geraniums and Fuchsias can be overwintered, along with Autumn Cuttings. Your cold frame will also be ideal for Alpines too.
