When placing and completing an order on our website, you will need to make payment using a credit or debit card.

In order for us to process your payment securely your payment card will be processed for the total value of the order whilst you are online – providing payment details is the last step in completing your order.
To charge your card securely we work with a company called Datacash. Datacash provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. Datacash has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your card details remain secure throughout the transaction process. No card details are held – we do not see or hold customer card details, our entire card entry system is run by Datacash. Your credit card information is sent to Datacash to be authenticated when you place your order, and they process your card. We do not store your card details. Datacash also integrate the 3D secure (Verified by VISA/MasterCard Secure Code) which adds an extra level of security for you when using your payment card.
When will I be charged ?
Your card will be processed by Datacash as the last step in the order process, whereupon the total value of your order will be requested from your bank, at this point the transaction is completed and the money effectively leaves your bank account.

Pay by Giving us you card details over the telephone, where we will enter them, live, into the secure Datacash payment gateway in order to process your payment.
Pay By sending a Cheque/Postal Order/ Building Society Cheque, your order will be in a 'postponed' status until we receive payment, upon receipt of payment your order will be released to our warehouse for processing.
Please make your cheque/postal order payable to Two West's & Elliott Ltd.
Please write your name & address on the reverse of the cheque in case we need to contact you.
PLEASE NOTE: We CAN NOT accept post dated cheques.

Pay By Bank Wire Transfer / BACS Payment / Chaps Payment.
Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay by this method. We will need your address and a landline telephone number (not mobile) before we can give you our bank details.
