Garden Carts are designed to make it easy for you to move heavy, bulky loads, often more than you could move in a standard wheelbarrow. The lower bed of a Garden Cart makes it easier to lift things into it compared to a wheelbarrow. Garden Carts are very stable as they have two or more, often large, wheels and a low centre of gravity - so are easier to manoeuvre over a bumper surface than a standard wheelbarrow. As Garden Carts can often be pulled as well as pushed, this makes them easier to move around - if you have trouble walking then pulling a Garden Cart might be easier than pushing and balancing a wheelbarrow.
