Probe Thermostat

Probe thermostats provide accurate temperature control as you are measuring the temperature where it is most critical. It is possible to do this as the temperature sensing probe is on a long flexible lead - so you can place the probe away from the control box, pushing it into soil to measure soil temperature or positioning amongst your plants to measure air temperature.
When the probe tells the thermostat that the desired temperature has been reached the thermostat will cut off power to the heating appliance, turning it off. When the temperature falls below the desired temperature the thermostat switches the heating appliance back on. It this way the thermostat ensures that the temperature you set is maintained and that the heating appliance is only turned on when it needs to be.

This electronic thermostat with it's flexible, temperature sensing, thermistor probe is manufactured exclusively for Two Wests & Elliott Ltd and with it's large 3.5kw capacity is ideal for a huge range of heating and cooling appliances.

Capillary Greenhouse Thermostat

Versatile two way thermostat, ideal for use in damp environments.
By simply swapping over one of the conections within this conventionally configured Greenhouse Thermostat, you can alter it's use.
When switched the thermostat becomes a 'make on rise' unit which enables you to control a cooling appliance.
When delivered it will be configured to be a 'make on fall' thermostat used to control a heating device rated up to 3KW.
