These low height, 1'6" high Fruit and vegetable cages are suitable for low growing crops, such as carrots, lettuce and radish to name but a few and are also ideal for protecting strawberries .
Made from strong rot proof aluminium tubing interconnected with robust nylon joints, these stable but unobtrusive fruit and vegetable cages will protect your crops whilst blending in to your garden.
With their hinged, top lifting lids cropping is made very easy as is tending the ground within.
Available in plain aluminium finish or in a green powder coated finish with a choice of netting types and in a range of useful sizes these 1'6" (0.45m) high fruit and vegetable cages are a must if you are growing tasty crops.

1' 6" High x 4' Wide Fruit Cage

Keep low crops, such as strawberry's, protected with these sturdy 1'6" High Fruit Cages. ¾" (19mm) diameter rot proof aluminium tube is used to form the uprights and horizontal top rails. These are joined securely using strong nylon joints. The uprights are pushed 6" (15cm) into the ground, leaving 18" (46cm) above ground to protect crops. For easy access a hinged frame forms the top lid of the cage.
