The Tropf Blumat Ceramic Probe is the secret of the Tropf Blumat Drip Watering System, regulating the flow of water at point of watering.

Place a Ceramic Probe into the 1/16" Drip Tube in the Drip Watering System where you require a watering point.
Plunged into the plants growing media the Probe senses the moisture content. If dry water is dripped onto the surface, when wet drip watering ceases.
For varying water requirements of different plant types the rate of drip is adjustable at the Probe.
A single Probe is sufficient to water an area of up to 10" (25cm) in diameter (e.g. hanging basket, pot etc).
If watering plants with similar needs the coverage may be extended by up to approximately 3ft x 10" (100cm x 25cm) by using Drippers (available to purchase separately).
Dimensions: overall length 5" (13cm).
