Keep pests out of your garden with this Outdoor Pest Stop. Keeping out rats, rabbits, cats, dogs, squirrels, foxes and deer – you choose what to keep away from your crops simply by using one of three settings. Battery powered this pest deterrent is ideal for use in your garden or at your allotment.
- It works by emitting a powerful ultrasonic sound which animals don’t like – you can choose from one of the settings depending on the animals you’d like to repel:
- Low Frequency – this setting should be used to repel large dogs, foxes, badgers and deer. The ultrasound frequency is approximately 17 KHz
- Medium Frequency – use this setting to repel cats and small dogs. Ultrasound frequency is approximately 23 KHz
- High Frequency – this setting should be used to repel cats, rats and squirrels. Ultrasound frequency is approximately 40 KHz
- You can set the detector to emit sound every 2 minutes or set it to activate when movement is detected by the motion detector.
- Built in Motion Detector – detects movement in an arc of up to 70ft x 50ft. For best results avoid sunshine directly striking the motion detector.
- LED lights on the front of the unit shows you when power is on and when sound is being emitted.
- Runs off four D size batteries (not included) – to operate from mains electric buy the optional power adaptor.
- Supplied to be either attached to a wall or fence. Or use the adaptor supplied to fix to a pole.
