These new and unique Plant Halos offer a watering and crop support solution for popular crops such as tomatoes, peppers and beans. Plant Halos can be used on grow bags, pots, raised beds, as well as traditional vegetable plots. Plant Halos are especially affective when growing plants in grow bags, as they enable you to supply your plants with a greater amount of compost for healthier root systems, as well as making watering easy and efficient.
- Central Inner Pot – lets you add compost to create a deeper planting area to develop healthier plants, particularly useful when used with grow bags.
- 3 Litre Outer Moat with Watering Spikes – the six Watering Spikes around the base of the Halo are 1” (2.8cm) long so penetrate below the surface and will deliver water direct to the plant’s roots. This ensures that water and liquid feed are delivered at a reduced rate that the plant is better able to absorb, minimising wastage. It typically takes between 3-6 hours for the outer moat to drain fully (this time will be affected by both weather and soil conditions).
- Sturdy Anchorage for Garden Canes – 3 anchor slots surround the inner pot, providing the means for a rigid, wind resistant structure using bamboo canes (not included).
- FREE Cane Grip with every Halo – this holds the top of canes together to form a wigwam shape.
