Simple to install and use a Hi-Lo will make watering and maintenance of hanging baskets quick and easy. It uses an internal spring loaded device to release or retract a 3’ long extension tape. You trigger this by simply pushing up the bottom of the basket.

Easily attached at one end to any hanging bracket or over-hanging eave with a ring at the other to take a basket (weighing up to 20lbs).
