The Elite Belmont greenhouse is a really roomy greenhouse, ideal for the experienced grower or for an enthusiastic new gardener. The 8’5” width of the greenhouse means there is loads of space either side of the door for fitting staging and shelving. Extra heavy duty bracing at the eaves of the Belmont ensures this greenhouse is a very strong, robust structure.
- The frame of the Belmont greenhouse is made from sturdy, maintenance free aluminium with strong, well braced glazing bars. Integral aluminium guttering adds additional strength to the structure, as do the full length ridge and cills. The frame comes with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
- You can choose the finish of the frame to suit your garden – either the standard plain aluminium frame, or a powder coated coloured finish. Powder coating gives the greenhouse a very professional, attractive finish which is very hard wearing and resistant to UV degradation
- Supplied with a 2’ (610mm) x 5’9” (1750mm) single sliding door
- Roof vents are 4ft square and are included with the greenhouse – depending on the length of your greenhouse will determine the number of roof vents included ( 6’5” long includes one roof vent, 8’5” up to 12’6” long two roof vents, three with the 14’6” long, four with the 16’5”, five with the 18’5” or six with the 20’5” long greenhouse)
- Choose the glazing to suit you:
- Horticultural glass – 3mm thick panels of horticultural glass which overlap when you fit them into the greenhouse frame
- Toughened glass - Grade A toughened glass to British Standard 6206A, if broken the glass granulates removing any danger of injury. Supplied as full sheets where practical, with no overlapping glass you’ll have a neater finish and removes the problem of algae or moss growing which can occur when panels of glass overlap
- Polycarbonate – UV treated 6mm thick, twin wall polycarbonate. Like toughened glass, polycarbonate is supplied in full sheets where practical. It is the safest option where children and pets are concerned
- Height: 4’11½” (1500mm) high to the eaves, 7’9” (2365mm) high to the ridge (heights are excluding a base)
- Width: 8’5” (2570mm) wide
- Lengths: available as standard up to from 6’6” (1980mm) up to 20’5” (6276mm) long. Longer lengths are available, simply call for a quotation
