The dewpoint cabinet that I had in the spring is working well. Some Camillia cuttings have rooted, which I have not had any luck with before. Also Mediterranean fan palms from seed brought back from Nice last March.

Moles can be a huge nuisance, but few of us like the idea of mole traps or poisons. Even in gardens riddled with moles, these bulbs (Anti-Mole Bulbs) drove them off. The moles could be tracked steadily moving further away. Even in the worst gardens, there were no molehills to be found after six weeks. They are also very easy to use.

Gardeners have the perennial problem of finding permanent labels that will withstand the British climate and the hostile environment in the greenhouse – but help is at hand. Brother UK has brought out an electronic labelling machine that produces durable, laminated labels that are completely weatherproof … it fits comfortably in the hand while printing labels.

The ability to start up lots of seeds at once in separate trays was praised. "Seeds grew well. The condensation made it self-watering. It compared very favourably to my own propagator. It would be useful to have extra trays and lids to enable the swopping around of seeds, whether as extras in the package or as add-ons."

Reviewing the Wheel Easy Yard Cart
Good Points: Drops flat to the ground, making it easy to rake, roll or slide heavy items such as trees, logs or bags of compost onto it. This cradles the load and stops it tipping out when moved. Very low centre of gravity means it is 50 percent lower than most wheel barrows. Very light……
Our View: A lovely barrow for awkward loads but not a replacement for a standard wheelbarrow.
