Times
How long does it take for my order to be
delivered?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days.
However, during peak ‘gardening’ times (February,
March) this time can be extended up to 14 working days.
Can my order be delivered on a specified
date?
If it is important for you to receive your order on a particular
date we will do our utmost to despatch your order accordingly.
Simply e mail your order number together with the date on which you
require delivery to TWEdelivery@twowests.co.uk.
We will e mail you confirmation that we have received your request
and confirm the delivery date.
Please Note: our carriers can only deliver your order to you
between Monday to Friday. Please e mail details of the delivery
date you require on the same day as you place the order.
Can my order be delivered next
day?
When it is important for you to receive your order straight away,
you can ask to upgrade your order to next day delivery. The extra
charge for this service is just £3.00 in addition to the standard
£4.99 delivery charge.
To request next day delivery simply e mail your order number to TWEdelivery@twowests.co.uk
and ask to upgrade your order to nest day delivery.
We will e mail you to confirm that the request has been received
and whether we have been able to upgrade your order.
Please Note: Only orders placed before 1.00pm can be
dispatched on the same day. Our carriers can only deliver your
order to you between Monday to Friday. For orders placed after
1.00pm on Friday the earliest delivery possible will be
Tuesday.
Unfortunately not all products can be dispatched
immediately. If an item is being made to order (for example
Commercial Benches, Dewpoint Cabinets, Hot Benches, Greenhouses
etc) we may not be able to dispatch your order immediately. In this
case we will e mail you to advise you of the earliest delivery date
possible.
What will happen to my order if I’m
not at home to accept delivery?
We understand that it is not always possible to be at home to
accept delivery of a parcel. If carriers attempt to deliver your
order and you are not at home they will leave you a contact card.
This will provide details of your local delivering depot so that
you can telephone them to arrange a more suitable day for
delivery.
If you know when you place your order that it is unlikely that you
will be at home to accept delivery (for example if you are out at
work) you could arrange to have your order delivered to an
alternative address (your work address, a neighbour etc). Simply
supply an alternative delivery address when you place your
order.
However, if it is not possible to have order delivered elsewhere it
is possible for us to arrange for the carrier to leave your
delivery at a secure location at your property (for example, in the
porch, by the back door etc). To arrange this simply e mail your
order number together with details of where the order can be left
to TWEdelivery@twowests.co.uk.
We will e mail you to confirm your request has been received and
has been acted upon.
Please Note: for orders over £200.00 in value we will be
unable to arrange for the order to be left if you are
out.
