Plant Pot Watering
Watering pot plants can be easy if you follow some basic rules. The first thing you need to remember is that most plants don’t want to be sat permanently in water – so you shouldn’t just add water into a watertight container than place the plant pot within until all the water is soaked up. Rather, it is better to give plants a good soaking in water – say leaving them without water for about half an hour then removing them and letting any excess water drain away. You can then maintain the moistness of the compost by placing the plant pot on one of our Water Slices, or set up a simple drip watering system.
