To make the most of your Access frame you may want to add products to it to make it even more suitable for the type of plants you’re raising. If you want to keep the frame warm during the cooler months (remembering that you’d have to remove the heater when you water) then add a small heater – a small electric fan heater, mini tubular heater or a small paraffin heater would be suitable. You can also insulate your Access frame by lining it with heatsheet insulation. For the summer months you’ll need to ensure that you’re frame has sufficient ventilation and shading. Access manufacture their own louvre vent – you should buy this at the same time as you buy your frame as you’ll need to fit it into the side of the frame when you’re first building it. For shading purposes use our green shade net on the outside of the frame – stopping the heat from entering your plants will remain cooler.
